The Collective Studio has been honored with the Award Winner title in the Architecture Single Residence category for the project “The Nest” at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2024–2025.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are part of the internationally recognized International Property Awards, which celebrate excellence in real estate development, architecture, and interior design across the region. The awards are widely regarded as one of the most prestigious recognitions within the property and design industries.

NT Motorsport Kawasaki by The Collective

NT Motorsport Kawasaki Showroom began with an unusually simple brief from the owner:

“Bigbike Kawasaki showroom, service center, café, industrial, Phrae.”

From that starting point, the project evolved into a story-driven showroom concept inspired by the atmosphere of an early Kawasaki factory from the 1950s — blending industrial character, retail experience, and café culture into a memorable destination.

Spore Bangkok Office was designed as a hidden underground laboratory inspired by sci-fi storytelling. The workplace concept transformed the office into an immersive environment where employees feel like part of a secret experimental team operating behind the scenes.
