The barber shop at Voodoo Cafe became another playful corner where we had the opportunity to explore storytelling through space and atmosphere. With so many creative possibilities throughout the project, this particular area challenged us to rethink how an Airstream trailer could be transformed into something unexpected.

Due to the compact size of the trailer itself, it was not practical to allow customers to fully enter and use the interior space. Instead, we reimagined the barber shop as a “station” — a waiting point before boarding the Airstream and traveling back in time to another era.

Inside, the atmosphere was designed as a nostalgic vintage barber shop layered with decorative elements from different time periods. The combination of retro details, aged textures, and eclectic styling creates a slightly surreal and fantasy-like experience, blurring the line between reality and imagination.

The result is a space that feels cinematic, immersive, and full of character — another unique narrative hidden within the world of Voodoo Cafe.
