Don’t Forget Me… Returning to the Sea.

For the new branch of Forget Me Not located along the waterfront in Chanthaburi, The Collective Studio introduced a concept inspired by the atmosphere of the Mediterranean coast, reinterpreted through the identity of Thailand’s eastern seaside culture.

Under the theme

Mediterranean Sea Breeze

the design combines the charm of classic seaside architecture with vintage details and the relaxed spirit of a coastal seafood restaurant.

The intention was to create a dining experience that feels both nostalgic and refreshing—where the atmosphere evokes memories of old harbor towns, sea breezes, weathered textures, and timeless coastal living.

Soft-toned materials, vintage-inspired elements, and natural textures were carefully layered throughout the space to create warmth and authenticity while maintaining a refined yet approachable ambiance.

Rather than following the conventional image of a local seafood restaurant, the project introduces a distinctive architectural identity that stands apart within Chanthaburi’s dining scene.

The result is a restaurant that not only serves seafood, but also tells a story of place, memory, and the enduring connection between the city and the sea.

Most importantly, the signature dishes that define the identity of Forget Me Not remain at the heart of the experience—preserving the familiar flavors and memories that longtime customers continue to love.
