"o-li -no is the top on mind brand when you think about Crepe & Tea."

In recent years, our commercial design work has begun to explore a more playful, vibrant, and expressive direction. This project is another example—commissioned by a familiar and beloved brand: o-li-no Crepe & Tea.
o-li-no Crepe&Tea
The brand had already developed the architectural design for their new headquarters and begun construction. However, they sought an interior that would not only be visually engaging but also clearly reflect their brand identity. This is where The Collective Studio stepped in—to shape the spatial experience from within.
Color of o-li-no.
Our process began with a deep dive into the brand—its identity, personality, and visual language.
The signature o-li-no color palette, particularly its warm brick-orange tone, became a key element in defining the atmosphere across the space.

First Floor: A Hybrid of Workshop and Lounge
The ground floor is designed as a multifunctional space, combining a dessert workshop area with a welcoming lounge for customers.
Warm materials such as wood, paired with the brand’s signature orange tones, are used across walls and furniture to create a friendly and inviting environment.
To highlight the relaxation zone, we introduced playful spatial elements:
A change in flooring material to orange tiles
An exposed ceiling with mechanical systems painted in matching tones
Suspended ceiling features that visually frame and define the space
On the right side, the workspace adopts a contrasting approach. The ceiling is left open and painted white—along with the structural and mechanical systems—to create a sense of openness and lightness.
Curved glass partitions with tinted finishes are introduced to maintain visual connection while still providing a degree of privacy, avoiding a sense of enclosure.

Second Floor: Focused Workspaces with Character
The second floor houses the main working areas for executives and the marketing team.
At the stair hall, a large-scale motivational quote is integrated into the design—energizing the team as they arrive each day.

The meeting room is designed with flexibility in mind. It can be divided into two smaller rooms or combined into a larger space. Custom-designed furniture supports this adaptability, allowing tables to function independently or as a unified piece. A specially designed carpet pattern reinforces the visual continuity of the space.
Executive Rooms: Subtle Contrast in Unity
The executive offices are designed to be clean, calm, and comfortable.
A textured feature wall adds depth and visual interest without overwhelming the space.
While both rooms share the same design language, they are differentiated through material tones:
The male executive room features wood, grey, and black tones
The female executive room adopts a lighter palette of white tones
Despite the contrast, both spaces remain cohesive through consistent design elements.
Beyond the interior design, we also enhanced the building’s facade from the original architectural design—introducing copper-toned materials and orange metal fins to better express the o-li-no brand identity.
This project reflects how interior design can translate a brand’s identity into a tangible experience.
Through the thoughtful use of color, material, and spatial composition, The Collective Studio created a workplace that is not only functional—but also expressive, engaging, and true to the spirit of o-li-no.
