The Collective
Studio.
Some spaces are overlooked because they are old, small, complex, difficult to use, or still unclear in identity.
Our work begins by reading what already exists within the space — then turning it into a place with direction, character, and long-term value.
We believe every space carries hidden value.
FOUNDER & TEAM
The Collective Studio is led by Kopchai Limpanataywin, Founder and Design Director, whose perspective connects architecture, interior design, business, culture, and human experience.
But meaningful spaces are never shaped by one person alone. Our work is developed with designers, coordinators, consultants, and project partners — so that an idea can move from the first question into a built space with clarity and care.
We don't begin with a style. We begin by reading what is already there — the room, the street, the people who pass through.
