Hospitality design does not begin with decorating a lobby, a guest room, or a photogenic corner. It begins with understanding what guests expect, what the place should communicate, and what kind of experience should remain in memory after the stay.

 

For us, hospitality is the relationship between space, service, brand, and the feeling of the guest.

Buri Sriphu Hotel Renovation

SONGKHLA, THAILAND  ·   RENOVATION  ·  REBRANDING

n existing hotel with a structure and spatial foundation already in place needed a clearer new image — one that felt warmer, more distinctive, and more aligned with today’s guest experience.

We began by reading the building’s original context, patterns of use, and the feeling the hotel should carry forward. From there, we developed a design and communication direction that helps the existing space regain character and renewed value.
