This spa project in Thakhek was developed with a clear objective: to transform a limited site into a fully integrated wellness destination.

Our role covered the complete design scope—from concept development to the overall spatial strategy.

The key challenge was to optimize functionality within a compact area, ensuring that every square meter contributes to a seamless user experience.

To achieve this, the project was carefully zoned into distinct yet connected areas, allowing multiple services to coexist efficiently. The program includes a fitness center, sauna, massage rooms, salon, swimming pool, café, and restaurant—all thoughtfully arranged to enhance flow, privacy, and usability.

The result is a compact yet comprehensive spa environment, where design maximizes both space and experience—delivering a complete wellness journey within a limited footprint.
