If you’ve been following our work, you might notice a pattern—we’ve done quite a few dog- and pet-related projects. Maybe it’s because we genuinely “get” dogs. Some people even joke that we’re a bit too dog-like ourselves (we’ll take that as a compliment).

From Pet Brand to Physical Space
Petsionate is a pet lifestyle brand born from the idea of Pet + Passionate—a deep love for animals expressed through uniquely designed products.
After years of collaboration—designing booths and supporting the brand’s growth—the team reached a turning point:it was time to create their first physical store.
Not just a store, but a destination.

Concept: More Than a Pet Shop
The goal was to create a multi-functional space where customers could do more than just shop. The result is a fully integrated concept:
Dog Hotel + Grooming + Café
A place where you can enjoy coffee, pamper your dog, or even leave them for a stay—everything in one visit.

Space Planning & Zoning
The layout was clearly divided across two floors:
1st Floor: Café + Product showroom
2nd Floor: Grooming area + Dog hotel + Play zone
This separation ensures smooth flow while maintaining comfort for both humans and pets.

Design Approach: Soft Loft with Personality
Due to restrictions on modifying the building exterior, we focused on enhancing rather than rebuilding. The original polished concrete structure was preserved as the main material, then softened with:
Warm wood elements
White finishes
Clean, balanced textures
Instead of going for a harsh industrial look, we created a refined loft atmosphere, brought to life through playful graphic elements across the space.

A Space for Both Humans & Dogs
The café area is designed for relaxation—a place to sit, lie down, sip coffee, enjoy desserts, and spend time with your dog.
There are also retail corners offering pet products and clothing—perfect for picking up something special before heading home.

Upstairs: Where Dogs Take the Lead
The second floor is designed entirely around the dogs’ experience:
A play area with artificial grass and secure fencing
A grooming zone with a waiting area featuring emotional yet playful graphics
A custom-designed bathtub sized perfectly for small dogs—cute, functional, and memorable

Comfort & Care in Every Detail
The dog hotel rooms are spacious and well-ventilated, with:
Open central space
Strong, safe enclosures
Airy structures that ensure comfort throughout the night
Every detail is designed to reduce stress—for both pets and owners.

From Concept to Reality
A common question we get is:“Will the real space look like the design perspective?”
We’ll let the visuals speak for themselves.
