Showroom Design that Reflects the Heart of the Brand

Year : 2021

Hass is a lifestyle retail brand offering a wide variety of products — from home essentials to outdoor living items — all curated within a single retail experience.
With such a broad product range, designing the first Hass Flagship Store became both an exciting opportunity and a significant design challenge for The Collective Studio.

Designing a Flexible Retail Experience
Because the store serves customers with diverse lifestyles and needs, the showroom design was developed to feel:
approachable
comfortable
visually organized
easy to navigate
The goal was not only to create a beautiful retail environment, but also to make the products feel accessible and inviting to every visitor.
Rather than overwhelming customers with excessive visual complexity, the design focuses on balance, openness, and clarity — allowing the products themselves to become part of the atmosphere.
Showroom Design that Communicates Brand Identity
As the first flagship branch, the project needed to establish a strong and recognizable visual identity that could represent the brand moving forward.
Every design element — from material selection and spatial planning to lighting and color tones — was carefully considered to express the personality of Hass through the architectural experience itself.
Soft lighting, warm textures, and thoughtful product presentation help create a relaxed shopping environment while naturally attracting visitors into the store.
These subtle details play an important role in shaping how customers emotionally connect with the brand.
Creating an Inviting Retail Atmosphere
The overall showroom atmosphere was designed to feel bright, welcoming, and easy on the eyes.
By combining clean spatial organization with carefully balanced colors and lighting, the store creates a shopping experience that feels both contemporary and approachable.
The project reflects how showroom design can become more than a retail display — it can serve as a physical expression of a brand’s values, personality, and customer experience.
