Healthy Fast-Casual, Designed with Energy & Freshness
Category: Quick Service Restaurant
Location: The Fourth
Area: 120 Sq.m.
Year: 2024

The design of Jones Salad – The Fourth began with a clear challenge: to communicate “healthy food” in a contemporary way—without feeling strict, bland, or clinical—while maintaining a sense of cleanliness, freshness, and friendliness throughout every touchpoint.
We translated the brand’s Art Direction into a spatial experience that is both functional and energetic, creating a space that supports real operations while remaining visually engaging.
Design Intent
The concept blends modern simplicity with natural freshness, reflecting the core identity of Jones Salad—delivering high-quality, fresh, and accessible healthy food.
The goal was to create a space that feels:
Clean, but not cold
Playful, but not chaotic
Efficient, but still welcoming
Spatial Planning
The layout was carefully designed to maximize operational efficiency while enhancing customer experience:
Salad Counter Zone: Spacious and well-organized, allowing clear display of fresh ingredients with efficient storage systems
Preparation Area: Strategically arranged equipment and workflow to support fast-paced service
Dining Area: Flexible seating to accommodate different customer groups and usage patterns
Design Principles
Clean & Fresh by Design: A palette of white, soft green, and light wood tones reinforces a sense of cleanliness and nature
Modern–Natural Balance: The combination of wood, stainless steel, and glass creates warmth while maintaining a modern aesthetic
Brand Energy in the Details: Inspired by a playful “Mario’s World” theme, graphic elements and spatial details inject movement and energy into the space
Highlights
1. A Material Palette that Feels “Healthy but Not Bland”: Wood, stainless steel, and glass create a clean and contemporary environment while maintaining warmth for dine-in comfort
2. Graphic Wall as a Brand Magnet: The front graphic wall acts as a visual anchor—drawing attention from outside while making the brand instantly recognizable
3. 3D Elements Inspired by Game Language: Iconic elements such as “pipes” are transformed into functional 3D features—like lighting fixtures—bringing the concept into physical space beyond graphics
4. A Scalable Design System: This concept has been successfully adapted to other branches (e.g., Charn and Bangchak Romklao), demonstrating flexibility across locations and store sizes

This design goes beyond functionality—it creates a memorable experience that strengthens Jones Salad’s position as a modern, approachable, and high-quality healthy food brand.
Beyond this location, we have also designed multiple branches of Jones Salad, extending the concept across various sites.
